Hydration is key.

The key to good skin? Hydration! It's all about packing in that hydration to leave your skin feeling fresh and glowing.

This may sound simple but do not overlook the benefits of keeping your body & skin hydrated. We speak from experience when we say we notice the difference big time when we keep ourselves hydrated. Our skin is clearer & we just feel better.

If you don't believe us, try it yourself. For one week, drink at least one litre of water every day and add in a hydration mask on Tuesday & Thursday (or whatever days suit you, these are just the days we like to go with) and see the results for yourself.

If you are not a fan of water on it's own (which isn't unusual, we've had a friend or two tell us they hate the taste of water) then there are that many ways to mix up your H20 so that there are no excuses.

Here are our favourite water mixes that keep us feeling good.

The Classic - Lemon

Fill a jug of water and add a few slices of lemon. Put it in the fridge to keep it cool and let the flavour of lemon work its way out. Then when your thirsty, add in a few ice cubes and your ready to go.

This is a great combo to keep in the house at all times so whenever it's time to hydrate, it's ready there waiting for you.

Cool it Down - Mint & Cucumber

Our favourite on a hot day (or any day really!). We love this combo for when we're entertaining because not only does it look pretty, it tastes even better. Way to impress your guests while keeping yourself hydrated.

Berry Yummy - Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Mint & soda water

This is our favourite mix because of how pretty it looks! It tastes amazing as well, especially with the addition of soda water. Just fill a jug with soda water, add half a cup of each type of berry (you can use the frozen ones if that's easier), add a few torn mint leaves and you're all set.

So now that you have 3 water flavours, all that will cost you under $5 to make, go and enjoy.

Next time, we'll share our favourite hydration masks that keep our skin feeling fresh AF ;)
